Our initial goal when working with a referral source is to make the process as efficient and effective as possible. Referring professionals can start the intake process with one phone call to our Intake Department. Assessments to determine a prospective patient’s suitability for our services can be performed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
If the referring professional desires to receive updates on the patient’s progress while in our care, we are happy to coordinate care once we have received written permission to do so from the patient or his or her family members. If appropriate, when the patient has completed treatment, we can include a referral back to the initial referring professional as part of the patient’s post-discharge plan.
Covington Behavioral Health Hospital places a premium on maintaining consistent, open, and transparent communication with referring professionals. To learn more about referring a client to us, or for answers to any questions that you may have about any aspect of our program, please do not hesitate to contact us at your convenience. We look forward to answering all of your questions and working with you for the betterment of the men and women who can benefit from our services.
